Shipping Methods and Carriers

MicroTechnologies uses UPS for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your order. MicroTechnologies may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. MicroTechnologies cannot ship to a P.O. Box. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

If an extended shipping delay is known an email will be sent to you stating an estimated date of completion. This is an estimated time-frame and is not a guarantee will ship within this time-frame. Any returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the actual shipping fees of the order and are not refundable. Packages shipped with "Special Shipping" or "Free Shipping" will incur actual shipping costs if returned, refused or undeliverable. Reshipping returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the shipping costs of reshipping order. MicroTechnologies may request a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out and sent back before your order will ship. MicroTechnologies may request this information at anytime before the order has shipped.

Shipping Charges, Taxes, Title, Risk of Loss

Please be aware that MicroTechnologies will not ship your item on your freight account and as a result, all freight costs will have to be paid in advance of shipment. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale in writing. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by MicroTechnologies is MicroTechnologies responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify MicroTechnologies within 14 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. You are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates and charges are estimates only.

Shipping Damage

If Customer receives damaged Product, please refuse the shipment upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, the problem should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify MicroTechnologies immediately. Contact MicroTechnologies for a return material authorization number (RMA) to return the damaged product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
